Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the Senior HR Generalist will manage the compensation function for the company. The position is an integral member of the Global Human Resources team and in addition to compensation, this position will be active in strategy development, talent management, retention and day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have not only an expertise in compensation but a broad analytical mind and ability and interest in multiple facets of HR. This position has the potential to advance into a global role.
